CRES provides support to all business functions on Annual Branch/Office / Retail Asset Centers (RACs) Network Expansion Plan of the Bank, Currency Chest set-ups, Relocations, Design and build of large offices, Upkeep & Maintenance of branches & offices and Compliance. CRES is also responsible for Safety, Security, Administration and Disposal of Non-Banking Assets.

CRES plays significant role as it deals with multiple internal/external stakeholders including vendors, various business teams and its verticals, F&A, compliance, audit etc. to ensure uninterrupted branch operations and safety of the employees besides implementing the ideas that brings cost & energy efficiencies, reductions to cost of operations and improved turn-around-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical and Commercial:

- Finalization of specifications, design parameters for centralized rate contracts for all infra related purchases / services / Office set-ups etc., Technical valuation, and co-ordination with Procurement Team (CPT) and Vendor Management Team (VMT) for rate contracts, vendor finalization and onboarding.

- Value engineering on existing practices to derive possible efficiencies and circulate learnings to ground team for implementation. Drive and monitor implementation of respective programs for outcome assurance.

- Defining Scope of Work (SOW) and SLA details for centralized AMCs / contracts for AC, DG, UPS, Stabilizers, Infra equipment, Office repairs and maintenance, Electrical Audits etc and coordinate with CPT & VMT for finalization of commercials, Agreement finalization and Vendor onboarding.

- Finalisation, monitoring and Assessment of Architects / Contractors (old as well as new) performance

- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all escalations in technical matters relating to Infra, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical areas for CRES team as well for business users.

- Coordinate with various CO business functions / units for understanding their requirements / plans and make CRES plans and budgets on timely basis. Ensure CRES and business alignment.

- Ensuring Compliance, Safety and Security is factored at design stage and there is mechanism to monitor same at required periodicity.
