Position Overview

The Corporate Partnerships Head is responsible for designing, leading, and executing the Corporate Partnerships for career development of students. The role focuses on building strong industry partnerships, enhancing student employability, and positioning the institution as a preferred talent source. The ideal candidate will have robust industry networks and strong strategic leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership Lead the overall Partnership strategy to achieve institutional employability goals.

- Employer & Industry Relations Build and expand strong industry partnerships to drive internships and placement opportunities.

- Team Management Lead and develop the Career Services team to deliver high-performance outcomes.

- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with academic and alumni teams to strengthen industry alignment and career opportunities.
