Profile Overview
As a Head Corporate HR, will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Individual will be responsible to oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training and development and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning: Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's strategic goals.
Talent Management: Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits: Designing and managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with the company's culture.
Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and managing the learning and development budget.
HR Operations: Managing HR systems, processes, and data, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Leadership and Team Management: Leading and managing the HR team, providing guidance and support, and fostering a high-performing team.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with executives, line managers, and other stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business needs
Experience & Qualifications:
- Min. 15 years of experience in human resources preferably in corporate HR with manufacturing organization
- Candidates with Master's degree in Humana Resource Management would be given preference.
Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
Leadership and Communication: Ability to lead and manage a team, communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and influence stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations: Understanding of labor laws, employment practices, and HR best practices.
Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Ability to address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and find solutions.
People Management: Ability to recruit, develop, and motivate employees.
