An Automotive company wishes to hire a seasoned HR professional to head the HR processes for the company in India.
The core responsibility will be to lead all talent processes , PMS , Leadership development for the company's operations

- We invite applications from seasoned HR professionals having experience in driving organisation growth through best talent management practices in Manufacturing industry.
- Experience in working across HR functions of handling CoEs and business partnering with sales, manufacturing , R&D would enable the incumbent to fit in with ease.
- Applicants must have worked in organisations of repute, preferably in Manufacturing, Auto, Pharma, FMCG, companies having large workforce.
- Experience as a business partner driving processes, and culture building interventions is desired.
- Must have the wherewithal to work with cross-functional teams
