Head - Corporate HR Talent Management - Manufacturing

An Automotive company wishes to hire a seasoned HR professional to head the HR processes for the company in India.

The core responsibility will be to lead all talent processes , PMS , Leadership development for the company's operations

Specific responsibilities include

-Talent Management

- Performance Management

- Leadership Development

- Succession Planning

- Learning and Development to enhance competency and skill development

- Employee Engagement for a better work environment and retention.

This is a strategic role to drive organizational success by ensuring that the right people are in the right roles, equipped with the necessary skills and support to thrive and contribute to the company's objectives.

- Experience in working across HR functions of handling CoEs and business partnering with sales, manufacturing , R&D would enable the incumbent to fit in with ease.

- Applicants must have worked in organisations of repute, preferably in Manufacturing, Auto, Pharma, FMCG, companies having large workforce.

- Experience as a business partner driving processes, and culture building interventions is desired.
