
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Head of HR for our client, based in Punjab. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, driving large-scale organizational transformation and fostering a culture of high performance. By bridging the gap between corporate strategy and ground-level execution, you will directly influence business profitability, operational efficiency, and the long-term retention of top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Corporate HR and IR.
- Handling large workforce.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports regional business goals and enhances organizational agility.
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and digital transformation efforts across all departments.
- Oversee complex Industrial Relations (IR) matters, ensuring proactive compliance with labor laws and maintaining a stable, productive work environment.
- Design and implement robust Performance Management systems that drive accountability and reward high-impact contributions.
- Spearhead Leadership Development programs to build a sustainable internal talent pipeline and prepare the next generation of business leaders.
- Drive Organization Development interventions to optimize team structures, improve cross-functional collaboration, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and align the workforce with the companys core values and mission.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting and deploying long-term HR strategies that translate business vision into actionable people practices.
