About the Role :
A leading UAE-based FMCG multinational organization is looking to appoint a seasoned HR leader from the FMCG sector to drive the people agenda across its corporate functions. The role will be responsible for driving people strategy, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation initiatives while partnering closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities :- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor on organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition for corporate functions.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Oversee learning and development interventions for leadership and key talent.
- Manage compensation and reward programs in line with market practices.
- Ensure HR governance, compliance, and policy adherence.
- Lead HR transformation and organizational change initiatives.
- Develop and mentor the HR team supporting corporate functions.
Candidate Profile :- MBA / Master's degree in HR or related discipline.
- 14 - 18 years of progressive HR experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience partnering with corporate or shared service functions.
- Strong exposure to talent management, organization development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Experience in HR transformation and change management initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Background :-
