Head Corporate Finance & Finance (Manufacturing)

You will be responsible for handling engagements related to Income Taxes and other direct Tax Laws, Appeals, Tax Restructuring, Tax Advisory and consulting pertaining to Direct Tax, External Commercial Borrowing, Treasury and other government regulatory requirement. This will also involve dealing with direct Tax Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

ACCOUNTING:

- Ensure timely and accurately calculating Direct Tax liability and filing of Quarterly Tax Deducted at Source & Tax Collected at Source form.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filling of Income Tax Return, CyBc Reporting, Form 3CEB etc.

- Ensure timely and accurately calculating Advance Tax liability.

- Handling tax litigation and replying to various Notices, co-ordination with local and regional finance operation team for various tax related queries for the companies.

- Analysis & Interpretation of Provisions under Direct Tax, Banking Regulation and other government regulatory authority.

- Coordination with the department for obtaining approvals, registrations, etc.

TREASURY:

- Bank Reconciliation Statements for reconciling cash & bank balances involving active coordination with bank authorities

- Monitoring the inflow/ outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives and to follow credit policy of the Company

- Trade Finance activities: LC/BG issuance, Suppliers Credit arrangement etc.

- Regulatory compliance like FEMA and RBI Guidelines

- Preparation of MIS Reports for treasury & corporate function etc.

- Risk Management Activities: Executions of FOREX Transaction & hedging of risk

Credit Rating & financial projection:

- Implement the suggestions of Auditors for overall improvement of the working

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filling of respective form such as ECB-2 etc. with the AD Bank.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:

- Manages Accounts Payable Including Vendor Relations and the AP disbursement group which handles all payments. Manages all related tax (direct and indirect) matters

- Ensure reports for Inventory Ageing, Vendor Ageing, GR-IR Status to stakeholders

- Manages vendor reconciliations in line with best accounting practices

- Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger and accounts payable; ensures accuracy and timeliness

- Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information related to AP; ensures accuracy of financial statements.

- Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

- Keep track of the company's financial expenditure, maintain a database and provide reports as and when requested by supervisors

INSURANCE:

- Analysing insurance needs, preparing the company for audits, and handling claims-related paperwork.

- Insurance costs and assets are reflected in the company's financial statements, such as the income statement and balance sheet

- Insurance premiums for production facilities and equipment are part of manufacturing overhead and allocate these costs to units produced.

- Unexpired premiums are recorded as a prepaid asset on the balance sheet until the coverage period is over.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 6-10 Years of Extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, compliance management. and financial management.

2. Strategic thinking and business acumen.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills.

4. Deep knowledge of financial planning, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.

5. Expertise in risk management and insurance principles.

6. System Knowledge: SAP.

7. Depth Knowledge of Ind-AS and IFRS and corporate finance practices.

8. Ability to analyse Balance Sheet and financial performance.

9. Ability to complete work within tight deadlines.

10. Fast learner and ability to work with multiple intermediaries.
