Head - Corporate Development - BFSI

We are seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Development to lead strategic growth initiatives, M&A activity, and partnership opportunities for a dynamic, high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's corporate development strategy, including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

- Identify, evaluate, and execute potential acquisitions, investments, and market entry opportunities.

- Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and due diligence processes end-to-end.

- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including advisors, investors, and target companies.

About You:

- 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking or private equity.

- Strong track record of sourcing, negotiating, and executing M&A transactions.

- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

- Ability to think strategically while driving operational execution.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
