Head - Corporate Applications & Data Architecture

Role summary:

Senior technology leader responsible for the strategy, architecture, and delivery of corporate applications (HR, Finance, Compliance) and data engineering/analytics across the bank. Acts as a key partner to the CIO and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

- Strategic leadership - Define IT applications roadmap; lead transformation and modernisation aligned to business goals.

- Application portfolio - Own end-to-end performance, security, and compliance of AML (Jocata), Oracle Fusion, Fraud Risk, Aadhaar Vault, IRAC (CRISIL), and EDW.

- Data architecture & analytics - Lead data engineering, integration, and analytics; support regulatory reporting via EDW.

- Team & vendor management - Lead engineering heads and application support teams; manage vendor relationships for delivery and issue resolution.

- Compliance & risk - Ensure regulatory compliance (AML, fraud, data security); close audit observations on time.

- Programme delivery - Own integrated project planning and execution across the portfolio within agreed SLAs, cost, and quality.

Must-haves:

Experience:

- 20+ years in Banking/Finance IT

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / IT degree

Certification:

- PMP desirable

- Domain depth

- AML, Oracle Fusion, Data Arch.
