We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to head the Corporate & Institutional Business function and drive B2B growth through strong partnerships with corporate houses, financial institutions, and institutional clients.
This leadership role will focus on expanding the corporate sales portfolio, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Corporate Sales function across all regions
- Develop and execute strategies to expand corporate and institutional business
- Engage with corporate clients to understand car policies and mobility requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Build strong partnerships within the corporate ecosystem, BFSI, insurance, and institutional networks
- Drive collaboration with financial institutions and insurance partners for joint business opportunities
- Integrate insurance and allied services into corporate offerings
- Lead and mentor regional business heads (North, South, East, West) to achieve revenue targets
- Track market trends, competition, and client needs to shape business strategy
- Work closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning
Ideal Candidate:
- 15-18 years of experience in Corporate Sales / Institutional Business / B2B Partnerships
- Experience working with large corporates, BFSI, insurance, hospitality, or airlines sectors
- Proven ability to build partnerships and manage large regional teams
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
