Head - Corporate & Institutional Business - BFSI

Role Overview:

The Head of Corporate & Institutional Business will lead the organization's B2B and institutional sales strategy, driving partnerships with corporate houses, financial institutions, and other large entities. This role is responsible for expanding the corporate customer base, managing regional business teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue targets across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Corporate Sales function across all regions.

- Develop and implement strategies to expand corporate and institutional business portfolios.

- Engage with corporate clients to understand their car policy and offer tailored solutions with special pricing or discount structures.

- Build long-term relationships with vendors and partners within the corporate ecosystem.

- Drive collaboration with financial institutions, BFSI, and insurance partners for joint business opportunities.

- Ensure insurance products and other allied services are integrated into the corporate offerings.

- Promote and sell the company's entire range of products under one umbrella.

- Manage and mentor regional managers (South, North, East, West) to achieve business targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies effectively.

- Work closely with the CBO on budgeting, forecasting, and achieving assigned revenue goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.

- 15-18 years of experience in corporate sales, institutional business, or B2B partnerships (preferably in automotive, BFSI, or hospitality sectors).

- Proven experience in managing large teams across multiple regions.

- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.

- Strategic thinker with hands-on operational execution capability.
