
Role Overview:
As the Head of Corporate Affairs, you will serve as the primary architect of the organization's reputation, steering strategic engagement with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and industry influencers. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and public policy, working closely with the C-suite to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and mitigate operational risks. By fostering high-level relationships and driving impactful communication narratives, you will ensure the company's vision is effectively translated to external stakeholders, ultimately securing the organization's license to operate and driving long-term sustainable growth in the Delhi NCR region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive government relations and advocacy programs to influence policy frameworks that directly impact the company's business objectives.
- Design and execute integrated corporate communication strategies to enhance brand equity and maintain a positive public image among key industry stakeholders.
- Manage high-stakes crisis communication and reputation management initiatives to protect the organization's interests during challenging market conditions.
- Cultivate and maintain deep-rooted relationships with policymakers, industry associations, and media houses to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry discourse.
- Oversee public relations campaigns that align with corporate goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all external platforms and media channels.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and influence policy outcomes through data-backed advocacy and strategic networking.
- Proven expertise in crafting and delivering high-impact corporate narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, including government officials and institutional investors.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of managing high-level stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret policy shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies for the leadership team.
- A postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Communications, or Business Administration from a premier institute, complemented by 15 to 25 years of progressive experience in corporate affairs and public relations.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Delhi NCR, maintaining a high level of presence and accessibility for critical stakeholder engagements.
