Role: Control Tower Head

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Control Tower Head to lead end-to-end supply chain visibility, performance monitoring, and real-time decision-making. This role will act as the central nerve center for operations, ensuring seamless coordination across sourcing, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery.

What you'll do:

1. Control Tower Operations & Visibility:

- Own and manage the Control Tower function for real-time monitoring of supply chain operations

- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for tracking key metrics (fill rate, SLA adherence, inventory health, order lifecycle, etc.)

- Enable proactive issue identification and resolution across the supply chain

2. Performance Management:

- Define and track KPIs across procurement, warehousing, and logistics

- Drive performance reviews with internal teams and external partners

- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency

3. Cross-functional Coordination:

- Act as a central point of coordination between category, warehouse, logistics, and tech teams

- Ensure alignment on demand planning, inventory availability, and fulfillment priorities

- Work closely with product/tech teams to enhance system capabilities

4. Exception Management & Escalations:

- Lead real-time issue resolution for disruptions (stockouts, delays, capacity constraints, etc.)

- Establish escalation frameworks and response protocols

- Ensure minimal impact on customer experience

5. Data & Analytics:

- Leverage data to drive insights, forecasting, and decision-making

- Build predictive models for demand-supply mismatches and operational risks

- Continuously improve reporting automation and data accuracy

6. Process Excellence & Automation:

- Standardize processes across supply chain operations

- Identify opportunities for automation and system-driven workflows

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

What we're looking for:

- 10+ years of experience in Control Tower roles in E-commerce / Q-Comm

- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain (procurement, warehousing, last-mile delivery)

- Proven experience in analytics, dashboarding tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

- Experience in handling high-velocity operations and real-time decision-making

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
