Head - Contract Lifecycle Management

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Law, or related field (required).

- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Law (preferred).

Experience:

- 15+ years of professional experience in consulting, technology implementation, or legal operations.

- 7-10 years in senior consulting, practice leadership, or program management roles.

- Proven experience delivering 3-5 full-scope CLM implementations.

- Experience with major CLM platforms (ContactPod.ai, Icertis, Agiloft, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, etc.).

- Background in business process consulting and digital transformation projects (ERP/CRM).

Technical Expertise:

- Deep understanding of CLM concepts, architecture, and integration capabilities.

- Familiarity with APIs, SaaS models, data migration, and automation.

- Experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, and major CRM/ERP systems.

Consulting & Business Skills:

- Strong client advisory, pre-sales, and proposal development capabilities.

- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, change management, and ROI analysis.

- Excellent financial acumen including pricing and budget management.

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and people development track record.

- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.

- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and client-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CLM, or ERP (SAP, Oracle).

- Experience with ContactPod.ai or similar CLM solutions.

- Exposure to legal technology, AI/ML in contracts, and compliance frameworks.
