We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Content Head / Content Lead to shape the brand narrative and content strategy across multiple digital touchpoints. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who can blend creativity, clarity, and structure with performance-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the content strategy across social media, campaigns, in-app, email, website, and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and founders to simplify complex ideas into relatable content.
- Build and manage internal and external content teams - writers, producers, videographers, and editors.
- Develop content systems, playbooks, and performance dashboards to ensure consistency and scale.
- Track content performance and bring actionable insights to continuously optimize content delivery.
Ideal Candidate
- 10-15 years of experience in content strategy, creative editorial, or digital storytelling.
- Proven ability to lead content for both brand and founder profiles.
- Excellent command over content across platforms-short-form, long-form, and campaign-focused.
- Experience in wellness, habit formation, ed-tech, or mission-driven consumer brands is a plus.
- Strong creative instincts with a data-driven mindset.
