Head - Construction - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Execution: Own the full life cycle of construction from pre-planning and design review to final handover.

- Cost & Budget Control: Manage financial allocations, cost forecasting, billing validation, and resource optimization to stay within budget.

- Quality & Safety: Enforce strict quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) benchmarks and zero-harm site safety rules.

- Vendor & Contract Management: Finalize contracts, evaluate tender bids, and supervise performance of contractors and external consultants.

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure all building activities align with local municipal bylaws, zoning rules, and environmental clearance.
