Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate consolidation and reporting of financial data across multiple subsidiaries, fostering transparency, trust, and credibility in the financial reporting process. The role supports informed decision making, financial stability, and compliance within the group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Spearhead group financial consolidation and reporting function.

- Review financial performance of group entities through analysis and variance tracking.

- Assess financial positions, identify risks/opportunities, and drive corrective actions.

- Improve reporting quality, timeliness, and uniform accounting practices.

- Lead end-to-end consolidation ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.

- Monitor and implement changes in accounting policies and reporting standards.

- Lead Centre of Excellence for IFRS standards and support complex accounting issues.

- Build strong relationships with auditors and finance teams to ensure transparency.

- Support international entities with diverse reporting requirements.
