- Accountable for the successful design and delivery of Total Compensation and Rewards (strategies, frameworks, processes, procedures and policies for one or more Total Reward topics such as base pay, variable pay, equity plans & executive compensation and employee benefits, recognition, etc.)  - Close collaboration with the HR Community, Senior Business leaders to effectively and efficiently supervise, direct and manage all efforts required for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Total Reward solutions that drive employee engagement, optimize total rewards and support the achievement of strategic objectives and creation of Wealth across the employees in the Organization.  - Managing and directing all efforts to deliver on Compensation and Rewards initiatives.  - This includes scoping, design, development, implementation, administration and continuous improvement of Total Compensation programs, processes, policies and solutions.  - Represent the company externally on specific Total Reward subject matters as and when required.  - Creation, delivery and adoption of Total Reward products and solutions the team creates on behalf of the business.  Requirements:  - MBA from Tier 1 institutes with Specialization in HR  - Extensive Experience of designing and developing Long Term Incentive Programs for spreading wealth across the organization.  Age not exceeding 40 years
