As a C&B Specialist you have a generalist role within C&B and will work with different areas, such as:  - Overseeing the yearly salary review process  - Participating in making job descriptions and job evaluations  - Conducting salary and pay structure market analysis and salary data reporting  - Evaluating and administering employee compensation and benefit programs  - Administering short-term incentives  - Participating in projects  - Creating documents for making presentations and conducting training  We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and at least 8 years of experience within the area of Compensation & Benefits.   - You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and you are used to work with HR-systems.   - You have good skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
