Looking for a Compensation and Performance Specialist to lead the strategic and operational aspects of Executive Compensation planning, Performance measurement Frameworks, and related data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to work independently, and experience working with leadership stakeholders
Responsibilities :
- Lead executive compensation reviews and validate inputs with business leaders
- Manage end-to-end execution of compensation letters and benchmarking exercises
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and evaluation frameworks for leadership roles.
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking of KPIs throughout the performance cycle.
- Design and govern performance measurement frameworks and payout governance
- Drive process automation and handle data-driven decision support
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics is a MUST
- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Exposure to compensation benchmarking, performance-linked pay, and executive rewards frameworks
