Experience:
- Minimum 13-16 years in C&B management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Lead the organisation's total rewards strategy ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and statutory compliance.
- Design and manage salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits frameworks to drive performance and retention.
- Oversee annual salary reviews, compensation bench marking, and internal equity assessments.
- Manage employee benefits including insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness programs.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, payroll regulations, and audit requirements.
- Develop C&B dashboards and partner with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to align rewards with organisational priorities.
