Job Purpose:
Responsible for defining and implementing the organization's total rewards, HR technology, and people analytics strategy. The role ensures that compensation, benefits, and executive pay programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business needs while supporting retention of critical talent. The role digitizes and automates HR processes to enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. The role also drives advanced people analytics, MIS, and reporting, providing leaders with actionable insights. Additionally, it strengthens employee experience and engagement through well-being initiatives and data-led interventions that shape a compelling employee value proposition.
Requirements and Skills:
Minimum Degree:
MBA/PGDM in HR or Business (specialization in C&B/HR Tech preferred).
Minimum Years / type of experience:
- 10+ years in HR with deep expertise in rewards strategy, HR technology, and people analytics.
Area-specific knowledge:
- Proven expertise in compensation and benefits design including executive pay, incentives, and retention-linked programs.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).
- Experience in people analytics tools, workforce dashboards, and predictive analytics.
- Ability to manage MIS, governance, and reporting at enterprise scale.
- Familiarity with well-being, recognition, and engagement analytics to shape employee experience.
