We are looking for Global Compensation & Benefits Head for one of the IT Company. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, standardizing and implementing C&B policies - Benchmarking and research to ensure market aligned pay structures for developing C&B strategies - Application and implementation of budgeting on salary increments in line with internal budgets and market benchmarks - Managing C&B related activities for new Business Units, Mergers and Acquisitions - Executing employee benefit plans and changes if required - Managing communication and overviewing of employee policy handbook - Partnering with other stakeholders like legal team , HR team to ensure compliant practices and integration of C&B policies with other HR initiatives - Managing a team to provide direction and mentoring Experience Required - Atleast 15 years of extensive C&B experience in a multi country set up - Ability to lead and manage teams, build strong stakeholder relationships - Ability to learn quickly, generate new ideas and have a decisive nature - Have good communication skills, be a good listener and be empathetic
