Head - Community Development

The Head of Community Development will build and nurture a vibrant community of motivated teachers who actively participate incorporate initiatives with overall objective of improving learning outcomes.

About:

- The role focuses on teacher recognition, events, communications, and social media to create meaningful connections and lasting impact.

- Drive teacher recognition programs, organizing memorable events with district officials and IAS officers, and curating thoughtful gifts for teachers and students.

- Lead large-scale events ensuring they are fun, inspiring, and well-executed.

- Develop a comprehensive bouquet of gifts, events, and experiences to celebrate and motivate teachers.

- Oversee the production and distribution of the monthly teacher magazine.

- Work closely with the Communication team - by feeding stories, videos, shorts etc.. - to strengthen community engagement, visibility and branding.

- Conceptualize and implement programs for Parent and student community development in near future.

Candidate profile:

- Energetic, creative, dynamic professional with event conceptualizing, management and communicationexperience.

- Ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including teachers, government officials, program teams, and community partners.

- Creative and detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated team player with strong execution skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
