Head - Commercial Lending - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Role and Responsibilities:

- Experience specializing in Investment Banking /Credit Loan Operations as part of both captive and third party centers of excellence

- Lead business process solutions for Syndicated, Bilateral and Commercial lending functions

- Responsible for Customer Service Delivery - discuss with Client on weekly basis and have continuous interaction for ensuring timeliness and accuracy

- Experience in platforms AFS/ ACBS/ Flexcube / Loan IQ is required

- Customer relationship Management: Review C-Sat scores, discuss with Client and develop action plans to address the issues.

- Performance review: Monitor work allocation done by TL based on volume and ensure teams concerns on workload/Shift are addressed

- Operational improvement by Process improvements after detailed process study

- Knowledge Management: Prepare training plans, Ensure back-ups for process continuity

- People Management: Continuous team meetings and define clear goals. Resource Planning

- Managed periodic reviews of SOP's/KPI's

- Audit & Compliance

Knowledge/Experience:

- 10+ years' Experience in Commercial Lending, Credit Risk and Operations Management and experience in leading Syndicated, Bilateral engagements for 2-3 years for Europe / US / Canada Operations

- Managing Operations as well as Client Relationship with large Clients

- Assist core Ops teams to address client escalations through providing solutions and sharing best practices

- Should have handled and led multiple & large teams

- Lead new client migrations through close involvement in establishing new operations teams

- Should be able to contribute and implement best practices

- Should have Customer Handling Experience

- Should have managed a span of 20+ FTEs

Competencies/Skills:

- Strong Execution skills

- Thorough Lending Process knowledge & control mechanisms

- Excellent knowledge of Operational Risk & Risk Reviews

- Strong communicator & presentation skills

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Any additional certification in respective stream (Professional Qualification Preferable)

Essential:

- Advanced Knowledge of Lending & Risk, Operational Management, Team Management & Presentation skills

- Working with Excel & Powerpoint
