Job Role: Collections Head

Industry: NBCF/Financial Services

Working Days: 5 days

The ideal candidate would have:

- Min 17 years of experience in Collections in the NBFCs/FinTech/BFSI sector.

- Experience in handling Collections in a senior role with top NBFCs or Banks in collections.

- A team management experience.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the Collections portfolio of lending products across the country.

- Create and Optimize the process for collections

- To drive Overall Settlements - Ensure cases are settled within the defined TAT and above 95%

- To drive collections on the agreed settlement value.

- Responsible for the collection efficiency process within the organization.

- Management reporting concerning Daily and weekly reviews to keep a track of collection performance against the target.

- Review account allocations and collections targets by the bucket.

- Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the compliance.

- Identify training needs for the team members.

- Coordinating and liaising with various cross-functional teams - Operations, Legal, and Finance etc.
