Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant/ CMA/ ICWA/ MBA

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance/collections.

- Mandatory experience in SME and Enterprise collections.

- Ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and finance functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end- to- end B2B collections function across SME and Enterprise accounts.

- Establish, streamline, and strengthen collections processes, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
