Head - Cluster/Segment - EPC

Position Brief:

Lead and oversee all project management functions across the cluster/segment. Provide strategic direction and ensure successful delivery of projects in line with cost, timeline, quality, and safety requirements. Align execution with country-level strategy, business objectives, and group policies.

Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project management strategy aligned with country-level strategy, business objectives, and group policies.

- Drive technically sound, commercially viable, and customer-oriented strategic projects.

- Monitor project budgets and control all project-related planning, sourcing, and delivery expenses.

- Review project performance and continuously track progress and status.

- Identify project risks and implement timely mitigation and resolution plans.

- Continuously evaluate and adjust project goals to ensure alignment with concurrent initiatives.

- Monitor and report project progress, highlighting deviations and communicating with stakeholders.

- Build a strong understanding of customer requirements, suppliers, competitors, and market trends.

- Establish and maintain an effective governance framework for project execution.

- Act as the highest escalation point for all project-related matters at the country level.

- Drive training initiatives on project management tools, processes, and best practices.

- Lead project strategy, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement in compliance with Aramco standards.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience:

- Minimum 25 years of EPC experience

- At least 10 years in the Gulf region / Oil & Gas sector

- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles (Director / Cluster Head / Segment Head)
