Role Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Head of Cloud Sales Technology to lead our technical sales strategy and build a world-class pre-sales organization across India.

This leadership role sits at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and customer success. You will drive cloud revenue growth, shape go-to-market strategies, and guide enterprises in designing transformational cloud, data, and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Business & Revenue Leadership

- Own and drive revenue growth for cloud, data engineering, and AI analytics solutions across India.

- Lead complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles from solution design to deal closure.

- Partner with sales leadership to develop strategic account plans and growth initiatives.

Technical Strategy & Solution Leadership

- Define and execute the technical sales roadmap for AWS, Azure, and GCP offerings.

- Architect secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud solutions aligned with customer business objectives.

- Act as a trusted technology advisor to C-suite stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs).

Leadership & Team Building

- Recruit, build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Cloud Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers.

- Establish best practices for pre-sales excellence, solution design, and customer engagement.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Market & Partner Strategy

- Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with hyperscalers and technology partners.

- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate market needs into scalable offerings.

- Provide leadership with market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive positioning.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Proven expertise in cloud solution selling and architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value propositions.

- Established relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and digital transformation leaders.

- Domain exposure across BFSI, FMCG, manufacturing, or large enterprise environments is highly desirable.

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology (MBA preferred).

- 15+ years of experience in cloud, data engineering, or analytics, with 5+ years in senior leadership or sales engineering roles.

- Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect preferred.
