Head - Client Servicing - Real Estate

Arsenius Skill Capital is hiring Head - Client Servicing (Real Estate) for a leading Real Estate Advisory Firm.

Location: Mumbai

CTC : up to 40 LPA

Requisite:

- 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing / Client Servicing / Business Development

- Experience in campaign planning, budget handling, and performance analysis is essential

- Maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders.

- Understand developer expectations and align marketing strategies accordingly.

- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external developers.

- Conceptualize and design launch campaigns for new and existing real estate projects across India & Dubai.

- Work closely with Marketing, Digital, PR, and Creative teams to create impactful launch strategies.

- Oversee end-to-end execution of project launch campaigns.

- Conduct detailed post-launch reviews for all campaigns

- Strategize and implement initiatives to increase direct (non-channel partner) lead contribution.

- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis across zones.

- Track pricing trends, consumer behavior, and demand patterns.

- Lead, guide, and manage all Zonal Heads responsible for different real estate zones.
