About the job:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Head of Client Onboarding Transformation & Change to lead strategic transformation initiatives across our global client onboarding landscape.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in CDD, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding frameworks, along with proven experience driving continuous improvement, technology-led change, and AI-driven transformation (Agentic AI, GenAI).

This role requires a seasoned change leader capable of influencing and collaborating closely with senior global stakeholders.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to lead complex, multi-region change programs are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end change agenda for Wholesale Client Onboarding, including process, policy, and technology transformations.

- Define and execute strategic roadmaps to enhance CDD/KYC/AML processes and regulatory compliance frameworks.

- Manage technology change implementations, including AI, GenAI, Agentic AI solutions, and workflow automation.

- Partner closely with global business leaders, operations teams, and technology partners to deliver scalable and sustainable improvements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies.

- Oversee design, prioritization, and management of transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making, reporting, and performance tracking.

- Support change governance, risk assessments, and regulatory engagements as needed.

- Mentor and guide business analysts and change professionals, including senior and vintage BA profiles.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Client Onboarding, KYC, CDD, AML, or related domains.

- Strong background in change management, process re-engineering, and technology transformation within banking or financial services.

- Hands-on experience with AI-driven implementation (Agentic AI, GenAI) and automation technologies.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with experience working directly with global senior executives.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).

- Experience working with Camunda or similar workflow/ERP platforms (good to have).

- Ability to manage hybrid and global team structures
