Biz Staffing Comrade is seeking an accomplished Client Acquisition & Growth Leader to strengthen our market footprint and build a high-quality portfolio of enterprise clients. This role demands a strategic, commercially astute professional with a strong hunter mindset - someone who can navigate senior decision-makers, articulate value with precision, and consistently convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition by strategically identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential organisations across technology, engineering, and services sectors.
- Lead senior stakeholder conversations, presenting tailored recruitment solutions that align with business objectives and demonstrate measurable value.
- Own the full business development cycle, including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal management, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate closely with delivery leaders to ensure smooth mandate activation and strengthen client confidence through consistent execution excellence.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-10 years in enterprise sales, client acquisition, or business development, ideally within HR consulting, staffing, talent solutions, or B2B professional services.
- Demonstrated success in opening new accounts, engaging CXO-level stakeholders, and closing consultative, high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an ability to build trust quickly.
