Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Project Management function, with a strong track record in executing greenfield and brownfield projects. The role requires strategic oversight and hands-on leadership in managing multiple plant projects, driving CAPEX initiatives, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project management for greenfield and brownfield expansion projects across multiple plant locations.

- Plan, monitor, and control large-scale CAPEX investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI targets.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, operations, finance, and external stakeholders.

- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

- Drive vendor selection, contract management, and performance monitoring.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.

- Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Track project progress through KPIs and present regular updates to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or related field.

- 15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

- Proven experience in handling greenfield and brownfield expansion projects.
