Head - City Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in assigned cities.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.
