Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in assigned cities.

- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales leadership roles, preferably in the logistics or food and beverage industry.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a sales team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic Thinking: Capacity to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.

- Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with a customer-centric approach.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the logistics and food and beverage industries, particularly cold chain logistics.

- Network and Contacts: Established network and relationships with potential clients in the assigned city.

- Digital Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
