Education :

1. Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

2. Advanced management education from a reputed institution will be advantageous.

Position Overview :

Seeking an accomplished Operational Leader to serve as Head of India Operations. This is a highly visible transformation mandate requiring an executive capable of professionalizing the India business, driving operational excellence, enhancing governance, and building a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the company vision and goals.

- Lead business transformation and organizational change initiatives.

- Move the organization from people dependency to a process-driven, performance-oriented culture.

- Establish robust governance frameworks and accountability structures.

- Build and implement standardized processes and systems, including cloud-based ERP solutions.

- Drive operational excellence, productivity improvement, and resource optimization.

- Create a robust organizational structure with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and authorities.

- Manage relationships across India and UK operations.

Candidate Profile :

- 20 to 25+ years of progressive leadership experience.

- Experience in leading large-scale shared services, KPO, BPO, GCC, and accounting outsourcing.

- Proven success in business transformation and organizational change.

- Strong exposure to UK Accounting, US Accounting, Audit, Tax, Compliance, or Finance outsourcing environments preferred.

- Experience working with PE-backed, investor-driven, or high-growth organizations.
