Head - Chemistry - Manufacturing & Technical Operations

- 20+ years in API, Specialty Chemicals, or Biotech manufacturing

- Direct experience with regulatory inspections

- Proven success in early-stage or scale-up environments

- Exposure to nutraceuticals, nootropics, rare sugars, carbohydrates, multi-step API synthesis and scale-up, enzymes, or fermentation - highly desirable.

Pedigree mandates:

- PhD from IIT/IISc/Central Laboratory or a recognized Foreign University

- 2-3 years of Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) from a Foreign University

- 15-20 years of leadership experience in reputed organizations

Role summary:

To build and scale an integrated manufacturing and technical organization for small molecule APIs and Rare Sugars, ensuring global regulatory compliance (India, WHO), cost-effective processes, robust IP protection, and rapid commercialization, while operating in a lean start-up environment.

This role combines deep technical leadership, regulatory ownership, and hands-on execution.
