Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Head Channel Partner to lead and strengthen our channel sales network in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in real estate sales and channel partner management, with strong relationships across offline broker networks and online real estate portals. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong industry connections, and the ability to drive sales through strategic channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Partner Network Development:

- Build, expand, and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key channel partners across the market.

- Identify and onboard new brokers and channel partners to increase project reach and sales opportunities.

2. Sales Through Channel Partners:

- Drive project sales through broker networks and channel partner ecosystems.

- Work closely with channel partners to generate qualified leads and conversions.

- Develop incentive structures, schemes, and engagement programs to motivate partners.

3. Online Portal Partnerships:

- Manage relationships with leading real estate portals and digital lead generation platforms.

- Optimize listings, campaigns, and promotional activities across online property platforms.

- Track lead quality and conversion metrics from online portals.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy:

- Monitor market trends, broker sentiment, and competitor channel strategies.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve channel partner engagement and sales performance.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination:

- Lead the channel sales team and ensure alignment with overall sales targets.

- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and project teams to support channel-driven sales initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with significant experience in channel partner management.

- Strong network with real estate brokers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Hands-on experience working with online property portals and digital lead platforms.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Proven track record of driving sales through channel partner networks.

Preferred Profile:

- Deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.

- Ability to build and scale strong broker and partner ecosystems.

- Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
