Head - Change Management - NBFC

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Change Initiatives: Own the planning, design, and execution of structured change management strategies for key operational and digital transformation projects. Ensure initiatives align with organizational objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

- Process & Continuous Improvement: Assess workflows across processing, disbursement, collections, and back-office functions to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Drive process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, shorten turnaround times, and introduce innovative best practices while ensuring documentation and audit readiness.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, business units, risk, and compliance teams to deploy and integrate digital tools such as RPA, CRM, LMS, and workflow management systems, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate changes effectively to branch managers, regional teams, and frontline staff. Gather feedback, address concerns, and foster buy-in to facilitate seamless adoption of new processes and systems.

- Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver comprehensive SOPs, training programs, and readiness workshops to equip employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to adapt to new systems, processes, and policies.

- Monitoring & Reporting: Track adoption rates, progress, and the effectiveness of change initiatives through dashboards and performance metrics. Provide senior management with actionable insights and prepare clear, data-driven presentations for the Chairman, CEO, and Board/Executive Committees.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all change initiatives comply with RBI regulations, internal audit requirements, and organizational risk policies, maintaining governance and mitigating operational risks.
