About the Organization:

Role Objective:
Act as the CEOs right hand and execution engine, driving strategic initiatives, business reviews, and cross-functional prioritieswhile building the central Business Analytics & Performance Management capability.
This role serves as second-in-command to the CEO and is a critical leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CEO Agenda & Strategic Execution:
- Own and drive CEO-led strategic projects, new growth initiatives, and channel/product/cost programs.
- Track and ensure execution across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Convert strategy into weekly, monthly, and quarterly execution plans.
2. Business Performance & Reviews:
- Run weekly business reviews, monthly performance meetings, and quarterly operating plans.
- Build a single source of truth for revenue, profitability, channel performance, inventory, and working capital.
- Highlight risks, slippages, and opportunities to the CEO.
3. Build & Lead the Analytics Engine:
- Build the central analytics team.
- Own dashboards, reporting systems, and performance scorecards.
- Ensure every leadership decision is data-backed, ROI-driven, and actionable.
4. Cross-Functional Problem Solving:
- Act as the connector between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
- Drive resolution of bottlenecks, conflicts, and execution gaps.
5. Leadership Pipeline & CEO Support:
- Be deeply involved in goal setting and performance management.
- Represent the CEO in internal forums when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience & Background:
- 69 years in business analytics, strategy, founders office, high-growth startups, or FMCG.
- Strong exposure to data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, and business planning.
Skills & Attributes:
- Extremely high business intelligence and structured thinking.
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, speed, and high-stakes decisions.
- Natural leader who can influence without authority.
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious.
Educational & Professional Credentials:
- MBA from top B-School.
- Strong grounding in analytics, finance, and strategy.
