Role : Head Centralized Payments

We are looking for an experienced professional in Centralized Payments in one of the reputed bank.

Location : Mumbai

Experience:16 to 18 years

Responsibilities:

- The role encompasses comprehensive management of outsourcing & vendor relations, and reimbursements

- Key responsibilities include overseeing TDS/TCS compliance for both deposits and vendor transactions, ensuring accurate and timely filing of returns.

- The position also involves managing employee reimbursements, processing travel claims, and verifying IT vendor payments to prevent duplication.

- Centralized handling of all tax-related invoices, both direct and indirect, is essential.

- Regular review of SOPs and adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines are critical, along with addressing tax-related queries promptly.

- The role also requires monitoring outsourcing activities, reporting on deliverables, and managing agreement renewals to facilitate seamless payment processing.

- Collaboration with audit teams to resolve issues and implementing control measures through MIS reporting are integral to maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
