- We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head - Central Sales / Strategic Initiatives to lead our central sales operations and drive key strategic initiatives that accelerate business growth.
- The role demands a strong sales leadership background combined with the ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute strategic projects that align with the company's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Central Sales team to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and processes to optimize sales performance and customer acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market position.
- Oversee key strategic initiatives, including business transformation projects, market entry strategies, and product launches.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze market trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives within the sales function.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Mentor and develop sales leaders and teams to ensure high performance and talent retention.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for sales and strategic projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience 10+ in sales leadership roles, preferably with exposure to strategic planning and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, channel management, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools
