We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to own the Supply Chain CoE, driving innovation, automation, and process excellence across the organization. This role combines strategic thinking, digital transformation, and operational leadership, ensuring supply chain processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong stakeholder management skills, and can translate business requirements into actionable digital solutions and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation & Digital Transformation:

- Own the end-to-end roadmap for innovation, automation, and digital transformation across supply chain processes.

- Capture business requirements, define strategic objectives, and align initiatives with the organization's vision and strategic plan.

- Recommend, drive, and implement new digital capabilities to enhance process efficiency, user experience, and operational effectiveness.

- Embed new digital capabilities into people, processes, and systems for continuous improvement.

- Demonstrate thought leadership by introducing "outside-in" digital interventions and best practices.

Operational Excellence & Process Governance:

- Ensure hygiene in supply chain operations, including governance of problem management, capacity management, and change management.

- Advocate simplification and process improvements, balancing new requirements with operational efficiency.

- Review team deliverables against SLAs to ensure operational excellence.

- Prioritize new initiatives based on business value, cross-functional impact, and ROI.

- Conduct stakeholder surveys, identify pain points, and implement systematic solutions for audit observations.

ERP & Systems Collaboration:

- Partner with engineering and IT teams to enhance ERP and supply chain applications.

- Provide strategic input on solution design before development and prioritize new system enhancements.

- Explore cross-functional utilization of existing solutions and recommend improvements for process simplification and digitization.

Program Management & Leadership Support:

- Support decision-making by conducting detailed analyses on strategic issues, including internal and external research to provide actionable insights.

- Plan, coordinate, and track strategic reviews, ensuring initiatives are deployed as per the roadmap.

- Monitor key programs and ensure consistency with defined objectives and timelines.

- Manage, mentor, and build capabilities within the CoE team.
