We are looking for candidates with 14-18 years experience driving the P & L and category management portfolios. The role will drive the following: Product Management: - Lead the development of new products, from concept ideation to market launch. - Leverage market insights to improve portfolio performance and outcomes. - Manage strategic initiatives on pricing, portfolio structures and incentive plans. - Continuous enhancement of product differentiation and positioning. - Cross functional collaboration to ensure product mix across geographies and channels. Content Management: - Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with overall business & brand objectives. - Oversee the design and execution of product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand identity and consumer preferences. - Develop engaging content and campaigns to build brand awareness and drive consumer engagement. - Plan and execute brand activations, events, and promotional campaigns to enhance category visibility. Trade Marketing: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance in-shop visibility, ensuring effective product displays and promotional materials. Collaborate with retail partners to optimize product placement and visibility. - Plan and execute BTL events, exhibitions, and promotional trips to engage with target audiences. - Implement BTL strategies - Product category growth: M.S., Revenue and ASP - New product contribution - Marketing ROI
