- To lead the nutrient business with a strong focus on Sales & Marketing execution, demand generation, and business development.
- The role is responsible for scaling up a differentiated portfolio of products - both in-house innovations and exclusive global alliances
- Lead portfolio strategy: product lifecycle management, innovation pipeline, and alliance integration.
- Develop farmer-centric campaigns, digital outreach, and brand-building initiatives.
- Track trends in specialty fertilizers, bio stimulants, and Bio fertilisers.
- Deeply understand farmer needs, channel dynamics, and regional agronomic practices.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product introductions
- Strengthen /aligning distribution networks through regional sales teams to achieve targeted sales of differentiated products.
- Ensure execution of campaigns and frontline enablement programs.
- Pricing, schemes, and channel engagement.
Candidate profile:
- Experience and understanding of Specialty Fertilizers/Nutrition & Biologicals/ Biostimulants.
- Strategic thinker, team builder, and strong execution capability.
- Work closely with R&D, production, and demand generation.
- He is someone who is passionate about farmer success and sustainability.
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or related field + MBA (Marketing/Agri Business).
