Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end category planning, sales performance management, pricing, customer lifecycle campaigns, ensuring revenue growth and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue: Manage the AMC category Revenue across channels.
Sales Strategy Planning: Develop and execute AMC sales strategies (renewals + new sales) across channels - D2C and partner-driven.
Pricing & Packaging: Define pricing strategies, create bundled offerings, and design promotions to drive conversions and upsell.
Consumer Insights: Leverage data and customer feedback to identify barriers, unmet needs, and opportunities for growth within the AMC lifecycle.
Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted marketing & sales campaigns to drive AMC conversions, renewals, and upgrades.
Channel Management: Work closely with internal sales teams, service partners, call centers, and digital marketing to ensure consistent messaging and delivery.
Performance Monitoring: Set and track KPIs, generate regular MIS reports, and drive course corrections as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Service Ops, Product, CRM, Digital, and Finance teams to deliver seamless execution and customer experience.
Technology Enablement: Partner with product and tech teams to automate and digitize AMC journeys (sales and renewals).
