Head - Cargo

Opportunity with one of the Leading Aviation Group:

- We are seeking an experienced Head of Cargo to lead our cargo business across India. The role is responsible for driving cargo sales strategy, revenue growth, yield optimization, market expansion, and customer acquisition while representing airline principals.

- The incumbent will manage strategic relationships with international airline partners, freight forwarders, and key stakeholders, ensuring commercial excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

What we are looking for:

- 15-20 years of experience in the air cargo industry

- 5-6 years in a senior cargo leadership role

- Strong background in international airlines/GSA business

- Proven expertise in sales strategy, business development, team leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering sustainable revenue and market share growth.
