Job Title: Head - Career Development Cell & Career Services Cell
Role Summary:
The Head - Career Development Cell & Career Services Cell will lead and manage all aspects of student career development, industry engagement, and placement activities. The role focuses on enhancing student employability, building strong corporate partnerships, and ensuring successful career outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive career services and placement strategy
- Build and strengthen relationships with corporates, recruiters, and industry partners
- Lead campus recruitment drives, internships, and placement processes
- Design and deliver career development programs, including resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills training
- Organize career fairs, workshops, and employer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with academic departments to align curriculum with industry requirements
- Track placement data, analyze trends, and improve placement outcomes
- Mentor and guide students on career paths and opportunities
- Manage and lead the career services team effectively
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree (MBA or relevant field preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or career services
- Strong industry network and corporate outreach experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in achieving placement targets
