Designation: Senior Manager (Reports into Head - Talent Academy)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Campus Hiring Strategy across Tier 3 / Tier 4 colleges.

- Drive hiring from mid-level colleges for Product, Sales & allied roles.

- Manage and mentor a Management Trainee.

- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver on hiring mandates.

Ideal Profile:

- 8-12 years of experience in Campus Hiring / TA / HR Strategy.

- Strong exposure to mass hiring across diverse campuses.

- Excellent stakeholder management & strategic planning skills.
