
The Opportunity:
This role is designed to drive the next phase of growth and transformation for a leading, high-quality healthcare institution.
The Head - Business Transformation will be responsible for building and scaling sustainable revenue engines, expanding market presence, and enabling growth without compromising clinical excellence, patient outcomes, or ethical standards.
This is a high-impact leadership role with direct visibility to senior leadership, focused on translating strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Revenue Leadership:
- Own and drive revenue growth across core and emerging service lines
- Identify and activate new growth levers, including adjacencies and new business models
- Expand international patient business and institutional partnerships
Enterprise Transformation:
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve utilization and revenue realization
- Establish performance metrics and governance mechanisms to track business outcomes
- Drive adoption of data, digital tools, and process discipline across the organization
Market Development & Positioning:
- Strengthen positioning as a preferred destination for specialized care
- Drive patient acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies
- Partner with marketing to build a differentiated and scalable brand
Leadership & Culture:
- Build a high-accountability, performance-driven culture
- Align teams to growth priorities while reinforcing strong ethical decision-making
- Ensure scalability of systems, processes, and infrastructure
What we're Looking For:
- 18-20 years of experience with a strong track record in growth, transformation, or P&L ownership
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or other service-led sectors preferred
- Demonstrated ability to scale businesses, build new revenue streams, or lead large transformation mandates
- Experience working closely with founders, promoters, or boards in high-accountability environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth with quality and operational rigor
