We have an urgent requirement for Head-Business Strategy(Microfinance) with a leading bank based at Kolkata (West Bengal).

Role : Head-Business Strategy(Microfinance)

Qualification : MBA/PGDM

Location : Kolkata

Job Experience:

- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in Banking industry, with at least 5-7 years in Micro Finance as senior strategic and/or analytical role.

- Demonstrated track record of successfully driving growth, profitability, and innovation in a complex financial environment.

- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and banking innovation is a strong advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think strategically, anticipate market trends, and develop long-term vision and actionable plans.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.

- Leadership & Influence: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
